Good Grief - Virtual Exhibition

Good Grief explores the memories created in the aftermath of loss and the ongoing nature of grief. Following the unexpected passing of my father in 2022, I found myself navigating an emotional landscape shaped by absence, remembrance, and reflection. Through this work, I examine how grief does not exist as a singular moment, but as a continuous process that evolves over time.

The exhibition centers on the fragments we hold onto after losing someone we love, the conversations replayed in our minds, the objects left behind, the rituals of remembering, and the quiet moments where memory becomes presence. These works are not only about mourning death, but about learning how to live alongside loss and how memory reshapes our understanding of love, family, and identity.

Good Grief reflects the deeply personal yet universal experience of grieving. It acknowledges that healing is neither linear nor complete, and that remembrance can exist simultaneously with pain, comfort, and growth. By sharing this ongoing process, the exhibition invites viewers to reflect on their own relationships with memory, loss, and the enduring connections that remain after someone is gone.
